LULU HYPERSPACE HOURGLASS RE:DO: An Action Game in Which You Must Avoid the Universal Loop

LULU Hyperspace Hourglass Re:Do is an indie action game produced by Monkey Suits and published on August 2nd of this year, on the indie gaming platform "itch.io". In the game, you control Lulu, a little witch who discovers that the universe is going into an eternal loop. After finding out who is behind this, Lulu must collect the fragments of time to advance to a new time cycle, or else she will end up stuck in the loop forever.

There's not much to say here about the game: it has very simple graphics and gameplay. The gameplay consists of just dodging the projectiles sent by Melchior using the WASD keys, and using the Spacebar to shoot. The graphics are cute, having a low-poly look inspired by many PSX games. The soundtrack is short but fun. Another fun point is the dialogue during the game. Lulu has a certain charisma and is very funny.

If there is a downside here, that point would be game duration. It is very short and can be completed in a few minutes. But it's not surprising, since it was a game developed for Game Jaaj 6. Generally in game jams, games are built in a very simple and short way, more for testing purposes.
