MINITROID: A small 64x64 game inspired by Metroid.
Minitroid is an indie metroidvania game developed by tducasse, Mauricet where you play as Lil' Samus in a condensed adventure of the original Metroid for NES. Here you travel through an alien world and must obtain upgrades for the final battle with Motherbrain.
The game has good graphics and follows the proposal to create something with low resolution. Still the visuals sum up well the atmosphere of the original Metroid, Samus and all the enemies with pixels in the dimension of 64x64.
The game challenge is high and may make you replay it a few times. However, in the final battle, when you lose, you go back to the beginning of the final act and no longer to the beginning of the game.
