Smalls Island Woes is a first-person horror game developed by DavidRodMad and Strucci where you play as someone who always visits the same island to fix a problem with the lighthouse, however, you notice that the citizens of the place seem more and more strange.
The game has visuals inspired by PSX-era games and gameplay based on exploration and interaction with objects as you follow the game's plot through the characters' speech and some changes in place that lead to a climate of growing horror about the mysteries of the island.
