AKUI: THE INSANE CULTISTS: Investigate Your Friend's Whereabouts in a Dark and Menacing Dimension

Akui: The Insane Cultists is an indie first-person puzzle adventure game with horror touches that is being produced by GamesByBass and published on April 25th of this year on the itch.io platform. The game is part of its own universe created by GamesByBass, which begins with the game D.O.A.S. (Department of Applied Science), which addresses parallel dimensions. Here in Akui, you receive some documents from a friend who has recently disappeared. After seeing these documents, you decide to embark on a journey towards a dark parallel world where some puzzles and monsters await you.

Akui presents excellent graphics, with a certain degree of realism, wrapped in a scarcity of lighting, creating a perfect horror environment combined with the soundtrack, which was well produced with great quality. The gameplay focuses a lot on simulation, puzzle and mystery. There are times when you will have to solve puzzles to proceed.

It is worth remembering that the game is still in the development stage, making the game likely to undergo drastic changes.
