BAT BOY: Fight Evil and Save Your Friends in this Sentai Sports Hero Action Platformer

Bat Boy is an indie adventure, action and platform game that is being produced by X Plus Games and that presented, on the itch.io platform, on January 18th of this year, a playable demo version. In Bat Boy, you control Ryosuke, a high-school boy who secretly fights against the evil forces of Lord Vicious, alongside his sporting companions. Only this time, Vicious outsmarted his friends, not only kidnapping his friends, but also brainwashing them into powerful enemies. It's up to you, in the company of the raven Garou, to run through various worlds and free your friends from the evil influence of Lord Vicious.

In terms of graphics and visuals, we have here a game that appeals to the 8-bit pixelated style, reminiscent not only of the NES era, but also of many indie games that have become famous and acclaimed, such as Shovel Knight. The gameplay is very characteristic of games of this style too: you can use your stick both as a weapon and for abilities that lead you to overcome obstacles and solve puzzles. Also, with each boss defeated, you get a more powerful skill, which will be useful in the next worlds.
