BEETLEBUM: an insect-themed, classic survival horror demo inspired by Resident Evil games
Beetlebum: Resident Weevil is an indie survival horror game developed by MenacingMecha where you wake up in a mansion and a strange body. Now, like a beetle, you must find your way out of the place by exploring the rooms of the mansion in search of items and also solving small puzzles.
The game has graphics very similar to the first Resident Evil, with pre-rendered scenes and 3d models with few polygons and tank controls. In addition, other similarities can be seen in the game menu and also in the animations of the doors that represented the loading in the original zombie franchise games.
