Eat Not, Want Not is a psychological horror point-and-click game developed by sitrex, in which you ask a stranger to cook dishes for you—provided the meals contain nothing you are allergic to.

The game features an oppressive atmosphere and gameplay mechanics that prevent you from witnessing the entire cooking process; meanwhile, your hunger meter depletes, forcing you to eat to avoid starving. However, as you consume one dish, another is already being prepared, and ingredients may go unnoticed—creating uncertainty about whether the next meal contains something harmful. The cook's unsettling appearance only adds to the tension.
