Final Fight MD is a fan-developed beat n' up game that brings a classic arcade title, originally developed by Capcom, to the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive. In this game, you fight crime in a corrupt city where the mayor's daughter has been kidnapped.
Final Fight MD aims for closeness to the arcade title but encounters the limitations of Sega's 16-bit console and a sound design that, while more metallic, will appeal to FM fans. The entire game was a collaborative effort between enthusiastic fans, game developers, and the Final Fight franchise, aiming to bring one of the most fun arcade titles to home consoles in 2025. Even though it's a demo build, the game is complete and can be perfectly finished. It might not be considered a complete version due to minor bugs and errors that may appear.
