Home Safety Hotline is a horror game developed by Nicholas Lives where you play as someone who is on his first day of work as an attendant for a company that fights home pests by identifying the pests according to the customer's description. However, what seem to be common pests, turn out to be bizarre beings whose information is kept private by the company.

The game has a gameplay based on using an operating system that shows a list of pests with information that you can correctly identify after talking to customers and directing them to the correct way to combat the plague, the plot twist being the new information that you receive after serving some customers who return with negative feedback and others say that the pest has human traits that make you realize that the new pests cataloged in the system are real.
