Human Expenditure Program is a psychological horror game and visual novel where you play a new Bloodmoney event, where you now have a virtual Harvey Harvington on your computer. You now earn money by feeding and playing with him, but before he remembers what you did again, reset him so he forgets.
In Human Expenditure Program, you have a game that is a direct sequel to Bloodmoney. Now you play a Tamagotchi version of the previous game, with the same character. However, in an even darker version, since you know what happened to Harvey in the previous game, but now try to understand the real reason he's on your PC. The game features beautifully crafted dialogue, with spectacular voice actors, and moments of great tension and horror. There are two possible endings.
