INVITATIONEM: a storm forces you to seek shelter in a strange house in the middle of nowhere.

INVITATIONEM is a point and click horror game developed by jedB where you have to stop your car during a storm and see a lighted house up ahead. However, what appears to be an excellent shelter during the rain turns out to be a bizarre and secretive place.

The game has 2d visuals using cutscenes rendered in 3d that help tell the story of the place. Gameplay is classic point and click where you use the mouse cursor to interact with objects and solve puzzles.

The highlight is his plot that narrates the horror plot classic: a storm that forces the protagonist to stop and find a house in the middle of nowhere. However, INVITATIONEM does this very well, creating an excellent horror atmosphere.
