KIMMY: Collect Donuts and Plants and Reach the Finish in this Platform Game
Kimmy is a third-person indie adventure and platform game that was produced by Mohamed Motaz and has a demo version published on November 26th of this year, on the indie gaming platform itch.io. Kimmy does not have a plot defined. Your objective here is simply to collect donuts and plants and reach the end of the stage.
Kimmy presents itself as a good platform game (although very short) in the good old style "Collect-a-thon", which consists of exploring the whole area and collecting everything possible, in the same line of games in the same style as were famous on consoles like PSX and N64, like Banjo-Kazooie, Super Mario 64, Spyro, Ape Escape and others. Visually, the game is very beautiful and colorful.
As for the gameplay, Kimmy is very modest, proposing to just amuse the player, but a negative point that can be observed here is the slippery control of the character, sometimes even interfering with the game. Also, the game is extremely short, which is a shame as Kimmy has enormous potential. Check out Kimmy's gameplay on the channel and/or download the demo by clicking on the links below.
