Parasite Mutant is an RPG game with survival horror elements inspired heavily by Parasite Eve developed by IceSitruuna where you play as Nova, an agent with psychic powers who was sent on a mission to an island full of bizarre creatures and secrets in search of answers about what happened to the place.
In Parasite Mutant you have a game clearly based on Parasite Eve with characters that resemble the original characters from Square Soft's horror RPG, a similar plot and very similar gameplay where you face mutant enemies in a turn-based battle with an active system where, by charging your action bars, you can execute commands for attack, healing and even psychic powers.
The game's plot consists of a lighter horror than the game it was inspired by and the visuals, more similar to a Japanese anime, help alleviate the gore that is a very prominent feature in Parasite Eve. However, we don't have a complete game to evaluate, but in its demo build the horror is definitely lighter.
