PRIMROSE: Follow the Path of the Harbinger of Wrath in this Horror Game
Primrose is a third-person indie psychological horror game produced by DarkDayAfternoon and with a demo version published on August 9th of that year. Primrose does not have a definite plot. What we could get out of the plot in the channel's gameplay was the following: you start the game talking to a kind of criminal who, in a very apocalyptic tone, talks about the one who will bring wrath to this world. After the conversation, you control a person who is trapped in a strange world filled with disturbing creatures that seek to kill you.
The game features a retro style inspired by PS1 games, with low-poly graphics, but wrapped in a filter that removes the characteristic aliasing of the 32-bit era, very simple gameplay, but that suits well the style of games produced by the creator (whoever played his games, like The Yellow Rose Motel and The Field Trip Murders will understand what I'm talking about) and a macabre and sinister ambient soundtrack, which suits the horror atmosphere provided by the game.
At the moment, the game is in the development stage. We hope that the game, as it is produced, will bring a lot of evolution and improvements to the game, even in terms of plot.
