RUIN VALLEY: a metroidvania game with tight controls and retro-looking graphics.

Ruin Valley is an indie metroidvania game developed by Pavel Shibaev where you play as an unknown warrior in a dungeon full of dangers, secrets and deadly enemies. The game follows the retro style and is inspired by games from the 8-bit era.

The graphics are beautiful, with simple but fluid sprite art and full of frames. Every movement is smooth and rich in movement. Control is also incredibly smooth, with an impressive, near-perfect gameplay feel.

The challenge is still low, but it could be a demo build, it could be that the difficulty is calibrated. The sound is a bit generic, but the sound effects are impressive and look well produced.
