SHOTGUN KING: You are the king and all your pieces have been replaced by a shotgun.

Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate is an indie arcade game and also an indie chess game developed by PANCAKE Delicieux and Benjamin Soulé where you play as the King who has been dispossessed of everything but his shotgun. His wrath will bring ruin but he wants to take white pieces with him.

The game's main highlight is its gameplay based on an original chess game but with the addition of a strategic shooting game where you can shoot pieces on the board and, depending on the distance, the damage can be greater or less. The game also has a high challenge - we only got to the second floor - and it shows that more than just a knowledge of chess is needed.
