Side Effects is a first-person survival horror game developed by hi rohun, Mr. Pootsley, where you test your luck in a game of pills that can heal you, make you tired or kill you in a gameplay highly inspired by Buckshot Roulette.
In Side Effects, we have a Buckshot Roulette game with a different theme where, instead of using weapons, you swallow pills, in a strategy game with luck where only one will live and the other will die from the side effects of the medication. There are items that change the gameplay and everything is heavily inspired by Mike Klubnika's game.
