SIREN'S WHARF: A Horror Game Where You Investigate an Abandoned Park Full of Monsters

Siren's Wharf is an indie adventure, FPS and horror game produced by Entropy Phi and Gray and was published on August 31 of that year on the indie gaming platform "itch.io". In the game, you control a relic hunter who goes to Siren's Wharf, an abandoned water park on an island in the middle of the ocean. Your objective is to find a very valuable pearl, which is said to be hidden there. Once there, you discover that you are not alone, as you risk being killed by bizarre inhabitants who wander aimlessly, thirsting for blood.

The game was produced for the Haunted PS1 indie community game jam, Summer of Shivers, using the theme "Submechanophobia" which means the fear of man-made objects that have been submerged over time. In terms of graphics, Siren's Wharf has a look with low-poly polygons, under a filter that gives a retro character, which makes the objects and characters have a serration that is very characteristic of classic 3D games, like the first Quake.

As for the gameplay, there's not much to talk about: it's very simple and fits the game's proposal. Here you should look for four mermaid statues located at four points in the park. In addition, you must always equip your weapon with the arrows you find along the way, as it will be necessary to take down the monsters that appear in the place.

The game is short and can be completed in a few minutes. You can check Siren's Wharf gameplay by clicking on this link here and, if you are interested, you can download the game by clicking on the page below:
