THE LAST SHIFT: Weird Things Happen While You're Working Alone in this Short Horror Game
The Last Shift is an indie horror game produced by Tudypie and published on September 24th this year, on the indie gaming platform "itch.io". In The Last Shift, you control a game design working on its late shift at a game studio in the state of California, USA. You're alone at work, with a huge load of stress and getting little for what you produce. That's enough for you to consider quitting, but soon you realize you're not alone in the place: there's someone (or is it something?) lurking around, wanting to kill you, and it's up to you to find a way to investigate.
There's not much to be said here in The Last Shift: Tudypie produced this game in just a week, and it's a little bit in line with Sanity's Atmosphere (another work of his). You just move around using the WASD keys, F for flashlight, Shift for sprint and use the mouse for both camera and interaction (Left Mouse Button/Right Mouse Button). In terms of graphics, the game is beautiful, from the low-poly elements present here to its lighting, which worked great here, conveying the feeling of tension and even that something could happen at any time.
