The Wailing of The Forest is a first-person horror game developed by MRSinger where you play a boy who is lost in a strange place who comes into contact with a strange creature crying by the riverside. The game is inspired by the Costa Rican legend called La Llorona and a nightmare the developer had.
The game has black and white visuals and a narrative that mixes silent cinema with the use of punctual sounds to create the atmosphere of horror that the narrative demands and several possible endings, with narrative differences in several moments and several jumpscares.
