VECTORSOLDIER V.RO: Save Cyberspace in this Mega Man-inspired Action Game

VectorSoldier V.RO is an indie action and platform game produced by Vulture Party and published on July 12th of this year, on the indie gaming platform "itch.io". In the game, you control V.RO, an AI programmed to protect Cyberspace from rogue programs that have appeared in various sectors, corrupting and changing its surroundings. Your mission is to defeat them and discover the cause of the anomalies in Cyberspace.

The game was produced for VaporJam, a Vaporwave-themed 80s/90s game jam. No Mysteries Here: VectorSoldier V.RO is clearly and heavily inspired by the Mega Man franchise. You control the AI ​​through three stages, each with themed enemies and bosses. The look is pixelated 2D, with a color palette apparently inspired by older computer games like IBM's. The soundtrack is very well produced and engaging.
