VERSTECKT: a Survival Horror PS1 style first-person game with Cosmic horror elements set in the wood

Versteckt is a first-person indie horror game developed by gamedevboi where you follow Jaimie and Daniel's journey to Argentina to record a documentary about Germans who fled to that country after WW2. However, they meet a girl on the road and have an accident. Daniel wakes up and realizes that his friend is missing and now sets out to find him.

The game features Playstation 1-inspired visuals with low-res graphics and texture while its gameplay follows the first-person genre with motion and interaction commands exploring places and buildings on a relatively large map.
