Nailhead is a short horror PSX game where you play as someone who has survived an attack by a person who has been possessed by Nailhead, a strange wooden box with a bizarre face full of nails. Now you'll need to put an end to this dark artifact before it causes more pain.
The game has a short gameplay that can be finished in less than 5 minutes and is part of the Madvent Calendar 3 collection - a compilation of horror games with PSX aesthetics - where you need to find items that help you on your journey to destroy the strange box and survive this nightmare that killed all your friends in the place.
