Smile More is a point-and-click horror game developed by Pixel Poxet where you play as a surgeon who must take people's bodies, treat apparent injuries and fractures, and give them a happy face. However, things get strange when a body is seemingly still alive and you need to make it smile.

In Smile More, you have a dark surgeon simulation game where you have various devices at your disposal to solve various problems in the bodies that are sent to you, and, in addition, you must apply a happy face using needles to hold the facial expressions. The game becomes interesting when there is something behind it that generates mystery and suspicion about the procedure being something bizarre. The atmosphere, gameplay, and dialogues are the highlight of this horror game that will leave you very intrigued.
