Three-Headed Santa is a weird first-person horror game and weird survival horror game developed by germfood where you're celebrating Christmas - naked - and decide to decorate your Christmas tree by collecting balls and stars. However, something strange happens and you are thrust into a strange survival game.
The game was developed in just 2 days and has generic visuals and voices, however, there is character in the game with the insertion of comedy that mixes horror with nude characters and a three-headed Santa Claus. Furthermore, it is possible to notice the bizarre comedy tone of the game in the objects in the scenario that have disproportionate sizes.
