ETERNAL HUNTERS: THE BRANFORD LEGACY - A new RPG for the SNES has just been revealed.

Eternal Hunters: The Branford Legacy is an action RPG released for the Super Nintendo that is sure to surprise old-school fans and serve as a fantastic addition to the library of Nintendo’s 16-bit console.
Created by the French development group Ultima Team, the project stands out for being built for the original SNES hardware, offering a high-quality 16-bit adventure inspired by titles such as Final Fantasy III.
The story follows Duncan, a young man who must take up his family’s legacy following his father’s death. He finds himself confronting a demonic threat that begins as a quest for revenge but eventually spans across different eras. The gameplay features real-time combat—moving away from the classic turn-based system—incorporating magic and various attacks in a style reminiscent of Secret of Mana, resulting in a more dynamic RPG experience.

Another highlight is the soundtrack, composed by Raphael Gesqua, who is well-known for his work on the scores for games like Flashback and Mr. Nutz.
